Goo expirience

its been a good platform to work with so many workers, inductions of such numbers of 100 to 400 on site. preparation of risk and health and safety plan . toolbox talks every with with DSTI that had to be conducted every day because of pressure on work and number or different people coming in to do different kind of work. Audits that i had to conduct to all subcontractors every month. and the admin work that i have to to do from plant, vehicle and tools, to assist some of operators because some did not know how to write. its being hectic and pleasant at the same time because i enjoy working with people and and under pressure

Excellent

challenge team building helping with the tender document filling and switchboard my relation with my boss is good welcoming clients planning a delivery schedule going inspection /challenging

Good

I have no reviews. I feel somehow I was mistreated in that company and I worked very hard. At the very same time I gained a lot of experience that I cannot cry for. Sometimes the bosses were nice sometimes not, but I do not blame them. It was tough but I'm greatful.

Pros: Not bad.
Cons: Very long working hours
