Willing to learn

Big company. Alot of paper work (admin). New computer updates. Working as a team. The most challenging thing i did was sort out the credit card draws and brought it up to date. The days were always busy. New customers old known customers. Teaching new staff. Learning new programing. Going on courses. Meeting new people inside and outside. Going above your work duties.

Pros: Promotion in different fields.
Cons: Very tight security.

A very hard working individual

I am very hard working and love working with people. i work great under pressure and always meet my deadlines on time or even sooner then expected, no challenge is to great or to small to handle. I am not a shy individual so that makes it easier to deal with people from all walks of life, i have a very bubbly personality and can except criticism and work on it. the rest u can read up about me in my cv

Better administrative skills.

It was a very friendly working office environment that was conducive to learning and growing. We dealt mostly with administrative office work that enabled us to deal with the core of the matter which was proving key academic assistance to township high school learners. The most fulfilling part about the job was seeing the work we put in materialize, when learners came clueless with their studies and see them improving and working together as a team of 3 to reduce administrative costs and liaising with sponsors for senior managers to work with the program. The challenge was mostly capacity as we had a limit to the number of learners we could enroll and we had to turn some learners away that was as sad as it was challenging and maintaining the balance between the two. Even more challenging was when I was left to run the branch by Myself when senior colleagues had to attend an AGM in Cape Town.

Pros: It gave me the platform to learn more about myself and how to better prepare myself for the work environment, as I struggle in the begging due to lack of experience in a work environment.
Cons: The organisations daily operations are carried out in the townships and with high tech equipment at our disposal that made us to vulnerable to crime in the community. There were few occurrence this. This in the process derails what we had to focus on on and turn our attention to crime prevention.

Urgent work

I am an excellent worker and can work under any circumstances. Please give me a chance to prove myself . I’m known as a responsible individual, trustworthy , a team player and a passionate worker . Getting a job now days is really difficult and I’m will to do any job in order to build a career . I have experience in many sectors and will love to prove my ability to function in any job given to me . I am sure I will not prove you wrong .

An eye opener to be grateful and thankful

I am currently a volunteer at cotlands childrens home,my day to day is to make sure toy library is up to date with learning skills of children books as well as toys in all aspects of life eg social,mathematical,psychological. I am a hard worker who work well with people as I believe we can learn from each other whether formally or informal.I have learnt to be more independant and communication skills.What I enjoy is the interaction with children as they have to me to be myself.

Extra ordinary learning curve

I truly love working with my collegues and my managers. I especially had a great relationship wirh the customers cause we treated each other with outmost respect for the fact that we all needed each other to strive in life. I learned to be patient ,to have compassion and faith. The most important lesson that I learned from my previous job is that the customer is always right and never ever urgue with the customer. I tuly like being the face of the company. The pay wasn't great but I worked there cause I liked inter-acting with the customers and my collegues.

Great knowledge and experience gained

It was great, but no room for growth and development after 22 years time for new challenges and seeing both financial and personal growth . I have a great colleagues and we worked well as a team. My supervisors helped me to growth but I now need to grow and find myself in a company where I can both apply my years of Human resource and skills development experience and also need new challenges.
