Not a professional company to work for. One or two favourites who reap benefits only

Companies are under paying staff because they know that they are desperate for jobs. The current expect far too much private time with mi compensation. They also expect you to use your own resources without compensation. Management are not effective or helpful and the staff morale is extremely low with 70% of the staff currently looking for other jobs. Staff are not allowed to build relationships as everyone is micro managed "army style". New staff are not given any training and generally new staff are shunned by being told other staff are too busy to teach them. Most staff leave the office unhappy every day and absenteeism is extremely high.

I learn easily, am always ready to assist, work extremely fast and accurately

I am an easy person to get on with. I have empathy for all races however in roles where I am managing staff I am polite but firm. I am not a clock watcher. I don't have dependents, follow projects through to the end and am a lot younger in mind and energy.

Pros: Total reliability and commitment
Cons: Don't delegate for fear of not reaching deadlines
