Excellent work expierience

Working an 8 hour shift everyday may seem long and tedious , but i enjoyed working with numbers and felt there was not enough time in the day , challenging but worth the time and effort. It is important that when working with many types of people to have respect and understanding ,i have achieved that in my work, once that is achieved every other work attribute falls into place.I have learnt how to work on ordering system ,a new accounts system ,I have also learnt salaries and have been to training at Sage VIP .I enjoy working with numbers ,I enjoy working with different types of people taking customer service very seriously.The most challenging part of my job was gaining the trust of all the people that i have met in my line of work.I am a fast learner ,reliable,hardworking ,when i am getting paid to do a job, i will not stop till my task is complete and on time.

EFFECTIVE WORKING ENVIROMENT

Working with accounts is a challenging position , numbers the entire day , i enjoyed every minute of it.Apart from doing the normal debtors and creditors , i also handled all the cash income , also petty cash and banking, I was also in charge of salaries , and all aspects concerned with salaries, i worked on VIP Payroll essential system. i also worked on the Oficina accounts systems. II also captured the cashbook reconciliation for three different bank accounts. I kept a professional relationship with all employees ,i respected all my co-workers and tried to make sure that everyone worked in harmony.I have learnt many new aspects of accounts , how to work on VIP PAYROLL SYSTEMS.

My duties

My duties were reconciling debtors and creditors, cashbook ,petty cash , receiving ,banking ,of all cash in the company . I was in charge of salaries , using VIP PAYROLL . Ordering of vehicles, switchboard operator , I basically was an all rounder .I am a fast learner , mature ,honest and reliable, I execute my duties in an orderly fashion.

Accounts

My day started at eight and finished at 5 , working for a car dealership was challenging ,but i enjoyed working with accounts,i enjoyed the number crunching ans found full satisfaction in my duties.I was at management level so i had to always deal with my co-workers , i kept a professional yet friendly relationship, because i was also processing salaries and dealing with all income and expenses i always had someone wanting something from me.t I have respected everyone and i received the same respect from them.I have learnt how to work on sage VIP payroll system, ordering vehicles,cashbook capturing ,and to work on Oficina Accounts system. I enjoyed working with numbers , customer relations,i enjoyed helping the staff.The most challenging aspect of my job was to ensure that all cash was correct at all times.I am a hard worker and quick learner, loyal and honest.

New experience and excellent learning methods

My work day starts from 7:30 to 5pm from Monday to Friday, with a 1hour lunchtime. I always have a system of working which helps to eliminate backlog, and ensure that my work is always up to date I enjoy working in a clean and clutter free environment, therefore I find myself always busy which I enjoy. I prefer keeping my relationship with my co-workers on a professional basis so that there is no misunderstanding, I respect all the workers irrespective of rank in the company, I expect the same. Everyday is a challenge when dealing with accounts. Learning new and exciting strategy everyday. The mist challenging aspect ensuring that all the figures are correct, customer service, making sure that all debits and credits for the company is accurate. I am a fast learner and also a very hardworking individual.

Logistics Offier in Sales

I am a hard worker, conscientious and get on well with most people. I enjoyed the company of my colleagues. I believe in loyalty, honestly and integrity and fairness. In the last 27 years of working at Transnet, I have learned the basics of admin work which is emailing documents, scanning documents and filing. I have also dispatched material to clients all over the country and invoiced them for goods received. The challenges were meeting the deadlines of dispatching the material which came from the production line where there were a lot of set-backs. My job was to then contact the clients to let them know of the extension/expected completion dates of their material. This was very challenging. Sincerely Jennifer Lindes

I loved working with the public

Being a hairdresser was a very interesting career, from reception work to stock taking to working with the public. One day was never the same as another, different challenges every day. Instant gratification on a job well done. Relationships were strong with co-workers, as well as with clients. I learnt how to listen to people and understand their needs. I enjoyed making people happy and giving them what they wanted. It is always challenging dealing with the public, and trying to make everyone happy all the time, but it was always worth it in the end.
