Pharmacist

I have a ten year old I must take care of. ive been working shift work. I need growth again and feel it was becoming stressing due to some reasons we amicably not to talk about. I left the company to pursue my carrier some where after 9 yeas it was a difficult choice but also I am a man of integrity I always wanna leave good foot prints when I leave this career. I am a custodian of medication and wanna see my patients happy , I am still willing to be free on executing my independency as professional interacting with other medical staff so we can give quality care to our service The profession of pharmacy is one of a dormant career in life but can be maximized so that there other conditions that you don't need to consult Doctor such as allergic reactions and flu, headache etc...

Pros: you work close to the patient
Cons: Allway patients do not their medication

Great exposure to diffrrent manufacturing processes

A day at Venture as Production manager starts with checking if there where any safety incidents or near misses,then check if production targets have been met and at what oee percentage was achieved. Then check plan vs Kanban for the day.Next is meeting with artisans to check on machine and equipment issues and corrective actions to prevent downtime. What I have learnt is to bring harmony between production and maintenance and implementation of continuous improvement for both departments. Enjoyed leading the departments in constructive problem solving. The most challenging role was to get the two departments to be open and honest with each other.

Pros: great enjoyment developing subordinates

Team work and friendly staff

i have been working 8 hours a day , we have been working as team work ,i have learn t to help people working an extra mile to solve the problem. i worked extra hours i enjoyed working with different people

A good learning experience

Had a wonderful learning experience , gained a lot of experience , grew in tje infustry whikes working there, wanted to grow more and gain more experience.
