My Name is Alluta Motshwaedi, an I am interested in a position within your organization. I am a 22 years old female who completed her matric (Grade 12) in 2013, an then took a IT Learnership through Ekasi IT Solutions, where I completed my National End User Computing NQF Level 3, which included MS outlook, PowerPoint, Internet and Email. I was then exposed to a government Organization where I gained work experience which includes, office admin, data capturing and answering calls which allowed me to perform at my highest peak at the working environment. I also completed my Technical Support NQF Level 4 which includes information System, Computer maintenance & Repairs and Computer networking & Helpdesk. And currently completed Project Management level 4.

Its a start-up construction company based in a village

I'm a hardworking guy who also likes a challenge and I also operate well within a team and also I'm an analytical thinker with a bit of conflict and consequent management attributes. I operate well within a team and contribute for the good of company so I like learning new things from people I'm working with.I have learned to put in a lot of extra time in my work in order for me to become much better at being a good administrator.I lack donkey's years of experience in this field.

Pros: I want to learn and work hard so that company grows,its automatic if the company grows then we as workers get to grow gradually with the company.
Cons: Long working hours and swollen eyes due to long hours in a computer.
