Production is King.

Every single day is challenging. Its all about production although I am the Maintenance Manager. I continuously remind my maintenance team that we are here for production and on time deliver. Gain the favour of the workers and problems both Maintenance and Production will be re-solved fast and effectively Show interest in the operators in terms of their wellbeing and families Always be the least in your team and promote others. To be hands gain everybody's Spend some regular time outside normal working in the plant Always let the workers be part of the solution

Pros: Opportunies to work in oversees plants
Cons: Spending weekends in the Plant and alsways be ready for call outs

Excellent job to gain extensive knowledge and experience in shipping game.

great company to work for, good friendly people, excellent boss. I have improved my knowledge of the freight industry and learned a great deal of my day to day job which allows me to confidently perform my job. I enjoy the fact that I can run the shipping dept on my own using my own discretion when it comes to decision making, most times. Ensuring goods are shipped timeously and reducing costs.

Pros: close to home, good hours, good environment
Cons: no human resources, company run on a dictatorship manner, no job reviews, no incentives.

I am dedicated and punctual, willing to learn and a team player. I put the client first.

I am a comitted person who is a team worker and team player. I am dedicated and willing to work long hours. I am punctual in terms of being at work and serving clients. My contract ended in March 2016 with my previous employer as I was standing in for someone else. I respect clients and my collegues and managers. The challenging part of my previous job was when there was more than one driver required and when other drivers would not be able to come to work due to unforeseen circumstances, this would put strain on me as a back-up.

Pros: Great opportunity to start a different employment and learn new things.
Cons: none really.

Great team I worked with. Detailer draughtsman

Serame obtained his education in Emfuleni District. His first qualification is a Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mech. Eng) in 2001 from Sedibeng Technical College, and then he further obtained a Graduate Diploma in Multi-discipline Draughting (Project Design) in 2003, from the Academy of Draughting. He began working in 2002 and was employed as a junior draughtsman till 2005 and from 2005 to now he has been a detailer draughtsman and also has a bit of experience in 3D modelling in 2012 Revit Structures and had since detailed structure for water retainers, power stations, lattice towers, shopping centres, office buildings, various residential housing and had worked at Komati Power Station when it was been revamped.
