In the field that I my currently working, my learning experience is understanding of social ills.

My daily working duties is to communicate/interact with different structures such as Disability forum, Senior citizens forum, Traditional healers forum, Pasters forum, Gender forum which include women's forum and men's forum and Local AIDS Council forum. I implement and facilitate programs such as Disability spots, Senior citizens golden games, HIV/AIDS awareness, Sixteen days of activism, reed dans and back to school campaigns. I have good relation ship with co-workers and stake holders such as Department of Health, DSD, SASSA,SAPS and NGO'S. I have learn to work in a cooperative and integrated manner. I enjoy to work with different people of different ages from youth level to senior citizens level. The most challenging aspect of the job is the vastness of the area that we operate due to municipal ward sizes and they are scattered. The other aspect is the political influence and interference. The promotion is not taking place in our environment there is only political deployment.

The Municipality got clean audit for the past 3 years

I enjoy doing my work within the municipality. Typing of reports, minutes. I enjoyed welcoming people that comes in our Office. Our municipality got Clean Audits for the past 3 years which identify that we are working as a team and under pressure. The challenge we normally have is when there is heavy rains. The municipality need to fix and found that the budget planned for the year is not enough but there is always a plan and the service rendered to people. Receiving calls from different companies and talk about business vision and mission of South Africa, I enjoy the most.

EXCELLENT

I enjoy working in a structured environment and meet new people with new knowledge, I've learnt to work with different kind of people and be able to communicate well with others and respect each other. we had a good relationship with my co-workers. I also learnt that if you want to achieve something in life you have to work for it and excel in everything you doing, hard work is needed to achieve one's goal.

Municipality environment is good platform

Municipalities is one of the great platform to have an experience as a graduate because there are lot of departments doing different functions as well and you are able to communicate or to work with the public personal and understand your qualification in a practical way

Well working environment

I am very discipline, hardworking individual and as a team, able to meet deadlines. A highly motivated achiever with a strong dedication to excellence offering, versatile office management skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without compromising quality. I also have analytical, leadership, organising, controlling, numeracy and community skills.
