Excellent Growth Opportunity

A typical work day starts when you start off work at 07:30 meet all your supervisors and co workers in a daily health and safety meeting to discuss the previous days incidents, after that before any work can be started a toolbox talk will be done to discuss the days work activity and the risks involved in the work. Most Valuable lessons helped me to enhance my knowldege in Health and Safety, helped me to develop a good working relationship with superiors and co workers. most challenging is the difficulty of co workers listening to and following procedures acording to health and safety standards,failure to report incidents etc. my overall experience in health and safety has been a wonderful journey theres alot of room for growth and learning.

Learning alot in others and a team player

i have gain respect from others due to the way i can work well with everyone at da company. i have learned a new skills at admin filling time sheets. daily diary. quality controls. i was a communicater between community labour and the company construction. i was also working as safety rep.

Pros: promotion happened as i.move to.she rep.
Cons: had enough time to.do.my.job
