I have a capacity to plan,I plan for my Duties by doing a daily lesson plan before going to class in order to maintain education and training according to unit standards and specific outcomes.And i have learnt to be patient to the students and to my co-workers as well ,the challenges i came across is that the relationship was not good between the staff.I organised a party for a team building of which they did not do before i join the college and it worked now there is a team spirit now.

Pros: I want to gain more experince in this field and to be more involved in the new challenges because i learn more through them,i believe that i can learn a lot of things in the manufacturing company
Cons: I can work up to 16hrs

Enthusiastic worker

My name is Phumlani mtambo. I am an enthusiastic young man, i am trustworthy, humble, patient, caring towards others. I love helping people and building relations with all people I meet. i have good telephone etiquette and organizational skills i have worked as an IT technician, and my duties were: Provide IT support to staff and students. answer call in the contact centre and forward them to right recipients. assist in administrative duties. repair software and hardware.

Pros: good listening skill, patient, enthusiastic, eager to learn new things, humble, honest
Cons: improper instruction givers, drees code

Good learning

I like working for the company because we are committed. I am learning new things everday. I like the team work because people are coming with different ideas. And we apply job rotation in our workplace so that worker will have experience in every department. To multi skilled them for better opportunities available. My manger used to tell that in every second we have we must use it profitable. Do not use your hour of time doing useless things. Because you might regret the time you wasted. The challenging thing start a new product. Because it must be in good quality.

Learning experience

Work was challenging at first, but association is important. The most important thing is getting the best superviser to guide you and give you direction interms what needed to be done, but the key component is communication. I've learned alot since I've started never thought I'll teach learners I'm a coach but not a teacher but I'm growing and improving because of the people in my support system and interns that we work together with in our project office. How amazing to grow under such public institution but it not easy there are so many biases but one day we will get a chance just in time.

Pros: great opportunity for growing

I have learned new things,

i have learned on how to deal with other people to be friendly I know how to work without supervision i enjoyed to take decisions with my supervisor
