Great experience

It is a big well known company that has a wonderful reputation. It provides different services like casino, hotel, food and beverages and events. Its an exciting job to do because i get to meet different types of people from different places. There are some customers though that takes their own frustrations on me because they have lost but I understand that its not easy to loose. Most of the times what I normally do is to convince them to get our membership card because of the benefits that the card has. It is good to know that you can also learn from employeesthat you found at the company that havebeen loyal to the company for years. The challenge that I have is that the company operates 24 hours so you have to be at work even on Sundays of its something that doesn't Hurt me anymore It a great and huge industry that grants an employee a chance to learn and have a great time and experience at the same time.

Good communication

Get to meet new poeple Good Relationship with my colligue i lent so much i lent to deal wit people on thier difent levels i know ho to handle presure i enjoy to work direct with guest the most challenging thing is when the guest has lost so much money on the slot machine and they take that fustration to you

I have learned and achieved the best every task

It very challenging I have to be strong and have courage to represent my self I approved my communication skills, computer skills i abled to work different shift we were working as a team and willing to approve the same goal I have learned to believe in my self and learned more I enjoyed the most time to be in my working station and I appreciated the training and study lessons were provided

Excellent learning inviroment

Usually when I get to work I greet my c-workers. Anytime I need help I ask for it from them. I've learnt to how to live in a working environment, like showing the respect by greeting everyone not only the co-workers but also the clients. I always have to maintain the positive attitude so that I can communicate very well with the clients and co-workers. That also helps me to deliver the best service to my fellow clients.

Excellent opportunity to learn

Hard working with a mentally of solving the customers complains. Team working always someone to assist without being ask by management. thinking outside the box, we are always given task to do, come up with new things. Giving us homework.

Working with people.time keeper,I'm good in excel ,work ,I can do accpac,pastel and my telephonic skill is good.I can do stock count and balancing of stock.I have enjoyed working with public in that casino.

Helps understand customer service in different aspects

great platform to learn and grow in the hospitality industry and cater for more than 3 way of customer service from food & beverages , hotel ,gaming industry, marketing etc. the shift are a bit challenging but they are doable with an exceptional atmosphere and awesome staff ,it a right environment for young career driven personnel whose will to grown and succeed it the hospitality industry.
