Good learning

I'm working 2 day shifts, 2 night shift and go off for four days, my department deals with fire fighting, accidents,natural and unnatural disters . Being int the department has tought me to be patient and to be able to deal with frastating situations and the public as a whole, to be able to understand different types of people when it comes to my co-workers more espcialy. It also tought me telephone manners,to operate under pressure,independent and also in a team as well especially during disaster season.

Good communication skills

I'm currently working at a retail store. Working 11 hours a day. I'm working with people ( customer service) sometimes i face rude, arrogant and desrespectfu customers. It quiet exhoustisng, however i am greatfull that i have learned the significants of work enthics within the business sector. Mostof all i have accumulated good communication skills, problem solving and have an idea of working underpressure. With my co-workers yes we have good relationship hence some of the co-workers we don't understand each other with their attitude of degrading my intellectual capacity as i am a new within the retail sector.

Excellent learning curve

I am 28 years female with ambitious who is prepared to achieve the Disire goalevof the job description. I am a hard worker, self motivated, goal oriented individual who is always looking for or challenge to enhance my skills and knowledge. I like to interact to other people and adapt easily to different kind of environment. I have good communication skills, telephone skills. I have since developed my Disire in the Makhophila Academy Learnership industry to empower more knowledge. I am able to work different kinds of shift and under pressure. I can speak IsiZulu and English fluently.

Challenging learning curve

I now have better understanding of municipal operational activities, can review municipal operational, capital budget and procurement processes to ensure compliance with the MFMA. Attending meetings with auditees to develop understanding of business processes.Provide ad hoc advice and guidance to managers and staff at all levels i.e. courses and training sessions.Raise recommendations to improve operational activities.Prepare reports to highlight issues and problems that needs to be addressed by management.Perform risk assessments on the key business activities.

Excellent

I am good when its comes to working with the staff I learnt to work fast and respect other people and the community. To work as team and sharing the ideas about the work and helping people. Don"t argue with the patron calm down and talk nicely with children
