Amazing space to grow in
Having an open plan office space, we get to interact with coworkers all the time and through that have built good working relationships. I have learnt how to communicate better, work with others and be productive within a public space. Most challenges have been faced when having to deal with difficult people that are not wiling to cooperate when working towards a collective solution.

Excellent learning opportunities
Work on deadlines everyday for different projects and meet with management weekly to provide weekly reports. I work well with my co-workers, summit my work to the architects so that they can see if everything aligns and report all the challenges to the project manager so that I don't fall behind. Everyday is a learning day, I have learned to work outside my comfort zone and to trust my instincts. I enjoy the fact that I am not limited in my work environment, I get the opportunity to explore new ways in the industry and be innovative and mostly I love the fact that I am working independently. The most challenging aspect is that i am consulting in a political environment so I always have to ensure that I don't get involved and my work is neutral.

Learning Curve
This job has challenged me in a way that I thought was not possible. I have earned the respect of Exco and have shaped a role within this organization which allows me to make certain decisions as a manager. I am allowed the freedom to grow my skills and choose the type of courses I am interested in. This has put me into the path of quality management, over and above what I am doing as PMO. I have become an internal quality management auditor as well as lead manager for quality within the company. My days are very busy, with lots of pressure from all departments as well as onsite resource pressure. It feels sometimes that I need to be everywhere at once and still keep my game on. I have managed to do so currently which has shown me I can go above my own expectations.

I am pleased to enclose my CV for the above post I believe that my work experience and skills would be an asset to your company’s IT division. My experience in IT support is wide and varied, including troubleshooting (on and off site), installing software and configuring desktops. I have also provided IT helpdesk support and have developed excellent interpersonal skills as a result. I am particularly skilled in explaining technical issues to people with little or no IT expertise. The IT support industry is an exciting one to be in and I am dedicated to keeping up to date with developments to benefit m employer, my customers and also myself. I am able to thrive in a fast paces working environment and to work to set targets.my problem solving abilities are first rate.

Ulwembu Business Service has offered me an opportunity to learn the IT, environment.
Elicitation – this is the process of gathering all the requirements, validating them and identifying and classifying stakeholders. Analysis – defining the business needs, the gaps, the scope and design principles of the solution and the approach. It also includes identifying the constraints, the assumptions and prioritising the requirements. Design – this includes modelling alternative solutions, assessing the solutions, assessing the organisational capacity to absorb the solutions, defining the requirements for the solutions and the validation of those solutions. I`ve been fortunate to have learnt all of this during my tenure in Ulwembu.

Learntvto swim after being thrown at the deep end.
Im a very adaptive and wiling to learn, and a go getter. Iam inquisitive and love workig with people. I aman earlyburd therefore always earlyfor work, since I work as Oracle Fictional Consultant (SCM) ona nirmal day I work on incidences logged by users to investigate errors, creation of new functionalities and documentation. In my team (SCM) I am the only woman and work quite well with my male colleagues and I actually am learning a lot from them. I have learnt fro them the importance of service delivery and delivering high quality work to satisfy the client. The most challenging part of this jobis learning to be patient with the client and beingable to work with DBA's as well as Developers.
