Little growth for foreigners

A work day, is very isolated and mundane, No incentives, help is not freely offered. Seldom have team building sessions. There are always challenges awaiting you. There are supporting courses that you should do but should seek to ask permission to attend them and also up-skill is your personal priority.

Pros: Supervisors do not put pressure on you.
Cons: working in isolation
