Great Experience

Great Team Work, that iam experiencing. Everyone is very passionate about tjeir role. My typical is day is that i sometimes feel a bit tired due to the distance between Pretoria and Johannesburg on a daily basis. Everyday. It is exhausting/ I spend less time with my family. i have learnt a lot from the company and iam still learning till date. I enjoy the trainings and on going events that we plan and finally seeing them play out perfectly.

Pros: iam working for my family.
Cons: Long Commuting hours.

Excellent learning exposure

Managing the lab and making sure all computers are working as they are suppose to. Reset Student password also creating new Email accounts Assist staff members with email setup on machines or phones. Configuring WiFi connections for students. Installing Software on machines such as Microsoft Office, Symantec anti-virus, and java etc

Pros: GREAT OPPOTUNITY
Cons: FAIR WORKING HOURS

Excellent Curve

UJ is an exciting area to work in with excellent team members. You get to meet new people everyday and you get to learn different kind of languages. Working at the University of Johannesburg has taught me a lot about how to work with a number of people, how to work under pressure and how to handle different kinds of situations. A typical work day is when there is registrations. Working at the University of Johannesburg has taught me a lot about people, different cultures and how to operate with computers and the system.

I hold a Bachelor degree in Chemical Science from University of the Western Cape

I I hold a Bachelor degree in Chemical Science from University of the Western Cape. I am skilled in variety of experimental techniques and instruments such as Microscopes (SEM, andOM ), Spectroscopy (PL, UV-VIS and IR). In addition to the lab work, I recorded, calculated and analysed data and prepared reports. I worked well as a team member and I have learned the value of good laboratory practice (GLP). I have a year experience as a practical assistant of Chemistry at University of the Western Cape where I interacted, tutored and marked the scripts of 1st year students. In addition to my work experience, I also have 5 years’ experience as a researcher at CSIR, where my duties were to synthesize various materials, analysed with various techniques and write reports. I have acquired knowledge as a Health and Safety Environment (SHE) representative and understanding of basic First Aid and Fire Marshall. Currently, I am looking for greener pastures to show case my skills.

Problem solving

I have a number of labs that I have to keep running as they are needed for students and staff. We can’t afford to have machines standing so fault finding and fixing is high priority. I get requests from staff to design and build a machine or get handed a picture of an instrument and then have to build it. Different machines and instruments have different service intervals so a service schedule is very important.

Pros: Good place to work for.
Cons: People are clikky.

Learning platform

persistence and focus makes me to hold on. a good company to work for, the challenge is having to be a seasonal worker. working with students and guarding them in exam, needs a lot of focus understanding and dedication.

Hardworking and decidation

I have agave the ability to work as team . Respect each other in work play. Obey law full order. Ability to resolve problems. Flexible personality with the ability to communication to Veraous personalities. Creating a friendLy work environment allow people to work freely and enjoy the work. Team work is big person I learned.

pharmacy a lot of clients were patients that's what taught Me humility and keeness of heart

Country Pharmacy was an experience for a patient life because I learned to respect good health as I saw people severely sick at the doctor therefore any day for Me is a blissful opportunity. I don't just put My health at risk as I realised that health bills are expensive
