working in such a massive company it very hard reason being some the employees are uneducated and they need everything to be explained at and also working with the unions that another problem but i have found my way hoe to communicate with them. I have learnt that if you working with people always be passionate and have good listening skills . What i enjoyed doing is assisting people attending to their queries and doing office work not that i don't enjoy being outside the office i do but my passion is at the office . The challenging thing for was CCMA and dealing IR e.g. dismissing employees because of improper behavior etc

Pros: yes the company do have opportunites
Cons: we dont have overtime especially i as i work the office
