It was is a great axperience

It is a was a great experience to be groomed and crafted in the financial sector since my whole life has been about commerce. The company culture is amazing.they encourage and uplift employees on their health wellness and educational wellness hence out of ten i would give them a seven

Good learning curve and exposure

Working at Ubank has its ups and downs. Working relationship is good amongst workers, they are like a family. Ubank Executive Management for the time I heve been working there has mostly concentrated on acquiring top management executives. It is slow on implimanting changes and expanding to market. For e.g it has only 3 ATM's in Free State Region (which consists of Welkom and Klerksdorp) and its expected to receive 1 ATM which can acept deposits. It is not accessible and available to the open market.

Fair

Good place n work balance bn nnmhfdgbdsfgvdsgvdgbvf good for the family n company chances of promotion are there flat structures won't satisfy those wanting to climb the ladder

Pros: Good work balance flexible hours good organisation's culture FBT rates on loans
Cons: Flat structures red tape n limitations on implementation slow to respond to market demand

I enjoy induction of new employees and Wellness training, I am very well spoken and passionate about matters that make the work environment conducive for employees.. I’m good with data capturing and resojsne handling, the only thing i find challenging is placing the perfect candidate for recruitment, however, I make it a mission to select and follow procedures

Lack of growth

Communicate thoroughly with other team workers. Hard working person who likes challenges and is eager to learn. I am currently unemployed and studying Master of business administration at milpark business school.
