Managing to work under a lot of pressure

Working 8 hours per day Monday to Friday We have close working relationship I've learnt a lot from this work place: recruitment process, organizing school visit workshops and doing minutes for meeting. Supervising a number of people.

Pros: Working under no supervision but still manage to keep up with my duties.
Cons: No growth.
