Experienced

We always start the day with a cup of coffee while we discuss the day ahead. All of us get along very well. Since joining this company I have learned that not everyone works on the same pace and sometimes we just need to relax and let them finish the job on their time. I've also learned that people don't always ask for help when doing a job and really appreciate it when you help them without having to ask. I enjoy spending time with them as I believe you have to build a healthy relationship with your work colleagues. k. I
