It's an excellent, new exciting company to work for but retrenchments is looming as company has merged with another company. I have a great relationship with my line manager and staff that reports to me as well. Manage to structure team and work processes to work like clockwork and making steady progress. I enjoy a challenge and as a new bank there was a lot of processes to be mapped and documented and enhanced. Biggest challenge was to adapt to new systems and do balancing and some processes manually as I come from FNB after 15 years and all processes was automated. Best part is the reward of being part of creating a new business and being successful.

Pros: Always opportunity to improve things
Cons: Getting buy in from all parties to change process is not always easy

Excellent customer service and team building

I have grown not by age but by mind, knowledge and skills as they offer good training where you grow the way you look at things,Think out for community and also giving out to them as we look at our economy and the company decreasing the banking cost for them.
