I am a Qualified Basic pharmacist assistant awaiting my registration with the South African Pharmacy Council I am skilled and possess the necessary knowledge to carry out my duties with dedication and loyalty. Working individually or in a team is one of my major strengths. I have exemplary manners and perform my tasks with diligence. I am also an unassuming person and I strike a good accord with my peers. I have tremendous inter personal skills, and always take full responsibility in whatever I do. I have self- confidence and have excellent communication skills and am always looking for new, effective and efficient ways to help improve my competencies.I am prepared to also work as a Basic Pharmacist assistant to assist in any work that can be allocated to me. I am also good in sales; I am able to sell products easily also my years as a minister/Pastor taught me how to be deal with different people.

Excellent exposure, I grow as a individual in many ways.
Excellent place to learn I did my internship at tygerberg and I gained alot of skills,learned alot of new things was a good to get the exposure. A typical day at work would be answering calls assisting doctors ,nurses and uploading notes on to a system for do tours and nurses to view . Relationship with co-worker was good we would assist each other if needed but also worked well independently the department its self was like a good team. I have learned alot I even got the opportunity to go on a short course which makes you see things from different perspectives .Most of the duties was new to me so it was really a learning curve ,its a very busy department and had to have the perfect timing I enjoyed all the different sections we worked at because we rotated alot, the challenges was simple things as the system off line or nurses misunderstood certain things but nothing a good conversation could not fix.
Pros: Good opportunity for growth and good benefits
Cons: No working over time cause you an intern.

Performing as a registered professional nurse
Doing hourly observations, nursing sick pregnant patients, nursing ventilated patients. Nursing patients that needs CPAP, nursing patients that needs insulin infusion, diabetic patients, nursing cardiac patients, nursing patients that needs CTG monitoring, nursing patients that needs to have induction of labour, nursing patients who experience fetal loss, either due too medical termination of pregnancy, or abruptio placenta that leads to inta uterine death... Nursing babies along side mother's at time and nursing patients that has got epidural in-situ.

I love my job. I have a very good relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
I like the kind of job I perform. To perform CPR on patients that has detoriates is an excitement for me.I have a very good relationship with dochters and nurses as well as management

Good working experience
I was given alot of responsibilities, which made me learn alot and forced me to strive to do my best. The mentorship was good as I was mentored one on one.

Fast learner and I'm a dedicated person who is always eager to learn more
I work as an electrical intern and I have a good working relationship with my Co workers. I have learnt a lot in tygerberg hospital, from installation of plugs, fixing light etc.
Pros: Learning a lot and working as an individual to help advance my knowledge

It was an experience and a lot to learn
What I enjoyed the most the personnel was well developed and trained based on their scope of work as well as interns we are not discriminated based on our rank in terms of attending trainings etc. We are given a chance to do the work when we ask for and opportunity to ask when we not sure. We worked as a team From Directors to Intern position we had one goal to serve the public.Yes mostly we do experience challenges and tough times ,difficult people but I learnt to take that as a learning curve.

Experiential training
• Answering calls and taking messages • Assist people who enters the department • Assisted with the recruitment and selection process. • Set up venues for training and development • Did basic administration work (Scanning, filing, recorded various documents for report purposes and emailing documents)

Excellent
It is very interesting to Tygerberg hospital' s employee, you know or learn to work with different kinds of people and clients, have ability to work under pressure. I even got an opportunity to study thus where I also gained more knowledge. I'm the best candidate in any company.

Excellent learning curve
The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with difficult patient who is demanding. A typical work day would be where no patients/ clients come in for enquires. I have leant as how to make the best of the best and how to control yourself when it comes to dealing wth complaints
