Learning curve and to learn to push yourself.

I have excellent working relationships with all the managers I deal with. Work well under pressure, work well with my co-workers. I learn something new every day not every manager has a friendly face but you get to learn them and you find out they have a heart of gold. It's also how you come across with them. The most challenging everyday is to make sure I don't over stock store the store as at the end of the day I will end up with returns and then I need to explain why and why don't I double check if store has stock. So before I do an order with a manager I first make sure that there is stock if there is then make sure it will be enough for a week.

Cons: Only sales representative in eastern cape

Take own responsibility of own work and a good working environment to start with

Working at two oceans marketing you just don't know what you will get some days are great and sometimes you have your off days but what I love the most is they give you that opportunity to take on your own wor responsibility and deal with your own client the girls at two oceans are like family we take care of each other and it's just blessing to have them around when you have a off day over all u love working at two oceans marketing it's like a second home

Poor Learning curve

There is not much growth and salaries are on a very low rate. Salary increases are not met with qualifications. A work environment of working people out of there jobs. Always thinking everyone is thefts no trust with in work place.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: No off days

Small salary. Good relationship with co-workers Too many stores to walk to Little promotion opportunity Work 6 days per week for a small salary Only for people who has a passion for retail
