No proper structure

No proper structure in place My relationship with co-workers is fairly okay, there are just too many heads making decisions and no proper structure in place. It is always overlooked. I enjoy working out in the field most and dislike being in the office.

Pros: big company, space for growth
Cons: long working hours but underpaid
