• Reconcile and resolve customers accounts and queries on time • Working with age Analysis from 120-30days • Collection of outstanding debtors payment • Ensuring that all debtors payments are allocated and all transactions, credit notes, Journals are done. • Call clients to get remittances/payment advise • Meeting deadlines and cut off dates • Follow up and solving queries • Printing and sending invoices and statements to customers • Preparing reports for customers and management • Communicating with branches and other department • Identify payment terms and billing disputes • General administration duties, eg. Filling • Updating spread sheet daily • Point documents when required • Assist the rest of the credit control team when they are not available

Gained the necessary training and skills to perform my duties as a fitter and Turner
Company is going through a transition and that comes with certain defects like not having any positions available for skilled workers as myself but nevertheless I'm very happy and appreciate the opportunity given to me to do my training on the paper mill because it enabled me the start of my career as a fitter and Turner. The company also help in developing me in a professional manner on how to handle pressure situations and conflict at the workplace. I am sure my outgoing personality and open lines of communication wil allow me to fit into the diverse team as I'm a team player and can work without supervision.

Good succession planning
• Daily on-line Product Testing • Handling of non any non-conformance arising from receiving of raw material , during manufacturing , packaging , storing until dispatching • Handling customer complaints both internally and the end user of the product • Visual inspection checks, for defects, like holes & size , creases , sheet formation, roll winding lastly cracks and breaks also known as marked joint • COA's receipt and filing an also saving the electronic copies on the share drive • Incoming raw materials inspection and testing • Competitor Analysis • Internal Audits Admin ( scheduling / conducting) • Equipment Calibrations and service • Compiling of QA month-end report • Schedule & Coordinate Monthly Supplier Meetings • Coordinate reworks/ sorting • Conduct/ perform Trials

My typical work day.
Clear and respond to emails. Check open orders report for outstanding orders and follow up. Book deliveries. Zoom and team meetings with regional and national buyers and present sales numbers and reviews. Daily sales meeting with group leads and kams. Teams meeting with production team. Do ROI’s for pricing for trade shows and national carnival negotiations. Budgeting, forecasting and yearly customer plans by banner. S&OP meetings. I work very closely with co workers and ask for help if need be. I enjoy visiting my customers and buyers face to face as this way we can grow our business relationship together. The hardest part of my job is the national wholesale and retail carnival negotiations where I get bashed by all buyers be it regional and national with their assistances in one boardroom which I do myself. Follow up with national sales agents daily with customer feedback and pricing. I love this field being in it for 27years I wouldn’t change this career for anything.

Career Growth
I started of as an Apprentice , all my seniors were supportive since day one!. Its been great and i got to understand different human characters in a working environment. Problem solving of complex engineering problems made me realize that no one is smarter than the other , but together as a team made things possible on a daily basis. It was fun

Drive to be the best in what i do.
I am passionate about factory environment. I felt like it's my second home. I spent most of the time at work. My colleagues and and supervisors were like brother, even our managers. Treat each other with dignity and respect. Friendly environment with opportunity to grow and learn in our field of work. Allway at work when needed.
Pros: Potential to study some relevent courses and gain valuable experience.

I have been a driver for the past ten years then came a time for me to change so looked for the new challenge that y I have gone to twinsaver group I think I Dan my job well and now I WHAT my old job back cos I no that am very good with it I am heard worker
