It is a very good working environment for teaching learners how to think and be creative and teaching them to operate on a higher level and i have learn that the effect you have in others is the most valuable currency there is; how would you serve the world and what learners do they need that your talent can provide.

Pros: it's a good place for opportunities
Cons: working from Monday to Saturday even on holidays because you do what you love
