Great team spirit

Shared work loads as a team. Great team work always resulted in a satisfying event with satisfied clients. this job has taught me that no matter what the customer is always right and that you should always wear a smile even if the customer is wrong. I have learnt to work better with people both colleagues and clients. I have acquired a great set of skills including, data capturing skills, communication, planning, diary management, client liaison, financial and general administration. i enjoy the most when we are onsite and are at the conference because we get to travel and work with different nationalities. the most challenging aspect of the job is getting clients to make payment on time as they do not understand that international transaction take a while to reach us and they make payment very late which leads to complications when we arrive onsite.

Pros: Great opportunity for travel and meeting new people. Team work
Cons: long working hours when onsite, rude clients
