Excellent growing opportunities

A typical workday for me consist of communicating with customers telephonically or via email regarding orders placed for processing or delivery dates or defective products or sample stock for promotions. I do this for regional and national customers EL, BLM, George, Kzn &P.E. after that I switch over to DC`s like SPAR, PNP & Shoprite etc. processing orders for them in cape town, Johannesburg, and Durban. I also communicate with regional sales reps for our company regarding deliveries and pricing as well as listing new lines (SKU`s) and promotional events. After that is done, I processes orders from our factory shop sold to internal and external customers. I also transfer stock to the sales rep`s van from his picking slip for daily sales. I also transfer stock between locations in Accpac from cape town to JHB or DBN or back to CPT regarding where stock is necessary. I then move over to the Creditors department to further assist with capturing payments

Friendly colleague's

A typical day was to clock in, get your work instructions for the day and get right on it. My colleagues were very friendly and we worked well together.What I've mostly learnt is how to handle different types of people and how to deal with difa different attitudes.

Cons: No growth
