Good learning

letter I have been working with tudor hotel for a period of 2 years i have learnt a lot my duties is to welcome customers with smile and ,to make sure they have a good services they require ,my relationship with my co-workers is very good cause i am very patient and willing to learn from others So far i have learnt a lot to deal with customers even the one that have bad experience in customer services in other places . I do enjoy the most if my customers are smiling and saying we will come back again that shows me a lot of success in welcoming them. The challenge i have with my job is where i will find that my customer need something that i dont have it make me feel that i fail that customer

Its housekeeping and waitron

I can be able to work at a hotel because i know hotel duties e.g- make dinner reservations. -assist with check in and check out when its busy. -Cleaning the rooms and changing the linen -i'm working as a breakfast chef i'm responsible to prepare and deliver to breakfast service,providing a high starndard of fresh food in a busy hotel.Oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries.also be able to undertake a variwd list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis and take full responsibiljty and accountability for the breakfast shift. *the co-owners are nice and friendly

Pros: I work 8 hours a day and to off a week
Cons: 8 hours a day

Career growth

I'm a loyal and dedicated person. I deliver before time , I can multitask also work well under pressure. I'm very panctual and reliable person. Having me in your company would be th benefit of you all by making your jobs easier. My previous work I was doing a lot of typing and filing , they sometimes ask me to help a colleague if they find difficulty in their job. I just enjoy being th life saver or making people's lives easy. The most challenging thing I have met was having to help type some documents whereas I had to make sure I had no spelling errors in a short time. But it was good because I overcame it just fine

Pros: I give more then what is expected of me
Cons: I'm flexible in anything. I easly adapt to th sudden change
