TUB Reviews

Excellent learning curve

I have been working at TUB for nine years, started as an electrical harness wire man for almost two years then went to control panel wiring for another two year. In 2014 i was promoted to QC inspector, as the business was not good in 2015 i took on the role of production supervisor for six months then moved to QC supervisor to date. I had considerable growth and experience within the organisation and took on different roles, i understood our products and their capabilities. In the supervision positions i took part in I had how the business is ran, the importance of policies put in place, the industry requirements and personal seen how the market effects the business. I have learnt a lot and yet there is still more to learn. I have more to offer as well. Market forces can negatively affect an organisation to its fall, this is the biggest difficulty facing companies.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Poor decision making by senor management
