I see myself as a top-performing employee in a well-established organization, My long-term goals involving growing with a company, where I can continue to learn and take on additional responsibilities by contributing towards the values of the company. I work good in a team and strive to stay positive during challenges at work. I manage to stay calm and motivated as far as possible while facing challenges. Work comes first and I do not hesitate to go the extra mile in what is expected from me. I prefer to be focused and do not allow that negativity hampers by work performance. I get along with co-workers and do not hesitate to go the extra mile by being part of a team.

Pros: Hardworking; dedicated and self-disciplined
Cons: Long working hours without consideration by management; Non-cooperative staff; Find it difficult to work with colleagues that is not support and cooperative in the workplace;

Excellent , Challenging , flexibility

The company was more creative in job opportunities being promoted and also gaining a lot of experience to work in more challenging place , working in hand with the top CEO ,s of the bank were gaining experience each and everyday in communication skills , escorting and attending weekly meeting with client , l was groomed to work in a Reception and Control room and to teach new comers on site in their Representative posts and they was no permanent posts we were groomed to work every post for long hours the challenging post was to stand for 12 hours in some other posts.

Pros: Award winning and posted to Main speed lanes ... Main Reception
Cons: 12 hour shifts Mon - Fri
