Amazing learning or gaining experience at Tsibana Lodge Guesthouse.

It was excellent learning or gaining work experience at Tsibana Lodge Guesthouse. The boss always protects his work staff from problems or challenges faced with guests. He is fair with everyone. The security is secured. Above all, it is a well respected establishment, so I needed to show respect to everyone too.

Pros: - a nightshift job, good relationship with bosses and co-workers. challenges includes dealing with drunk amd stubborn guests. I have enjoyed meeting amd interacting with new people on the daily basis. I have learned to be patient with guests and respect every guest irrespective of their tribe.
Cons: I have always worked 12 hours or more per day
