Excellent learning curve
The place is good and i enjoy working with my colleagues because they are friendly and we take a good care of each other and above all we do our best when coming to our job. I have learnt that gossiping at work is not a good thing for us to do because we wont enjoy what we will be doing so the best thing for us is to focus on what we were hired for. The most challenging aspects is dealing with ill mannered students and aggressive clients..and i enjoy working with people.

WORKING MOMENT
Thembi Nyathi I am clocking in at 07:30 and clocking out at 16:00. I had a very good relationship with my colleagues, I enjoy talking with them, I have learned how to capture information in the computer, answering phone calls and transferring calls and E-mailing. I was challenged when i can not control the situation whereby students needs their certificate that has not been issued for a long period of time.

Im hard work able to work long hours,im very patient
To work at company is good,im meeting different people everyday. We are learning different languages,culture and behaviours. Working so hard to increase product.

Loads of experience obtained.
We work with students on a regular basis. Relationship with colleagues is healthy and conducive as we respect one another. I am still at a learning curve but so far so good I enjoy my job. I enjoy interacting with students and co-workers. The most challenging part is the long queues during registration period but we manage just fine and cope.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
TSHWANE SOUTH COLLEGE IS A BIG COMPANY WE WORK WITH LECTURES, STUDENTS AND MANAGEMENT. THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CO-WORKERS IS GREAT BUT SOMETIMES COMES WITH ITS CHALLENGES. I HAVE LEARNED TO WORK WITH BOTH OLD AND YOUNG PEOPLE, TO BE PATENT, WORK ON TIME AND MEET DEADLINES. WHAT I ENJOY MOST IS WHEN WE BRAINSTORM AS A TEAM BECAUSE THAT IS WHEN WE GET TO LEARN DIFFERENT THINGS FROM OTHER PEOPLE THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT IS WHEN WE HAVE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE, EVEN THOUGH IT TAUGHT ME TO MANAGE TIME.

Excellent learning curve
Ive learned more in the construction industry in a short period of time. Where at times I had to work alone and make Decisions, solve problems and monitor work from subcontractors
