Different environment with new learning experience.
Looking forward to interacting with clients and assisting in resolving office matters. Assisting in other offices if my workload is not much for the day as it gives room to grow, and empowers one self. Clients take first priority and procrastination is the thief of time. I have a sense of joy when i leave my work place knowing that i served my purpose and worked to my full capacity. Multitasking was the most challenging, as there are deadlines to be met and clients to attend to as they are our priority.
Pros: Good opportunity for growth.

Eagerness to learn.
I have learnt to be depended on myself even though we have the management,i have learnt a lot due to my determination of my work, what i know today is what i have taught myself regardless of the supervision i have received.

A good learning curve if you are willing to learn
A typical day at work would be dealing with student queries, liaising with Campuses and Nsfas. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, all the experience and skill I have acquired from this College, what I enjoy the most is having students and parents leave my office satisfied with my assistance and fully have an understanding of our processes, the most challenging would be having to deal with dealing with difficult clients.

I hv just finished my level 4 final examination. .I have just filled in most of the spaces below because it won't allow me to go through will empty spaces.

Good lessons
I worked at Tshwane North TVET College very well and I was having a good & close relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt that respect, humble myself and education it's the key in life. I have enjoyed every moment that I had with my colleagues especially when we were going to attend workshops somewhere else. The most challenging aspects of my job it was to deal with the difficult supplier and students.

Working with Tshwane North TVET college was a great experience
The organisational culture was good but the institution it self nevr allowed growth, and the asset management department i leant to work under pressure be able to relate with all departments to provide administrative support

Excellent learning curve
Everyday its a good opportunity to learn something new, a good working space with great people to work with and learn from them Challenging things were lack of tools & insufficient panels to work on or practice coz we had to share all the time and be patient to a wait our turn Learn to understand different kinds of people (personalities) and work as a team Everything I've learned and to be part of that program was thrilling for and oh! The people it was awesome
