It has been an excellent learning curve. I managed to acquire people skills , work management skills, time management and planning skills. I have learnt to work and accommodate people of different ethnics ,race and back grounds.

Excellent self and community development of students and employees

Unpredictable and challenging work schedule Good working relationships with colleagues Learnt conflict management, leadership, youth development, information sharing in class, reporting and communicating, improving performance. Enjoy performance coaching sessions, facilitation , teambuilding. Challenging aspects is when old systems hinders change or employees hinders change and growth

Excellent learning curve with experience maturing

It's a great opportunity to improve my knowledge, I am having a great platform to enhance my relationship with other workmates as well as staff. It helps me to quickly adapt to work under minimum supervision with maximum pressure.

The most challenging job that calls for critical thinking and decision making.

An average company . Still growing and offers opportunities for better experience and intellectual growth. Offers most challenging opportunities for it operates in a pool of big competent colleges.

Cons: Tiresome sue to long working hours and no breaks
