Electrical cable manufacturing industry.. a lot of work and needs someone who can handle and work under pressure. I do a lot of tender administration at the company and this is one of my biggest aspects and achievements because i master it. We have a great team and everyone interacts well as a team to reach a target for the month and we always pull through. I enjoy most of my work and travelling to see my clients and seeing them happy and their stock being delivered on time. Dealing with difficult clients but we always come up with a better offee that isbsuitable for everyone and the matter can be resolved quickly.

Learning Curve

I enjoyed my job a lot until we merged with another co and it became hell. Nothing works as all systems implemented were replaced and not thought through. Everybody is unhappy and at least 6 people have left in 2 months.

Great company but no scope for promotions

Analytical, assertive, able to work independently and use own initiative, creative, deadline driven, high level of persistence, high working standards, motivated, possess excellent communication, problem solving, organisational skills and decision making abilities, professional, reliable, strong personality, strategic thinker, sharp sense of accuracy & detail, work well under pressure.

Cons: uncertaintenty with merger
