I raulisa mulalo i am a hardworking personal able and ready to work with any team and maintain good teamwork .I am ready to accept changes at any time .Home management is my key to success everyday.I focus on quality and Excellency while performing my duty.To work for the benefit if others is my daily life.Quality health of the employees while performing their work is my target everyday considering both physical,social,psychological,health of the employees in totality for the benefit of the company.I am ready his accept my series at all times and use them for area of improvement on my daily lives.My work everyday is fine untill or reach exellency for the benefit of the company.Training others is my interest for area of improvement to others for quality improvement on working environment.People first principles is my daily practice to my clients to ensure quality provinsion of service for better image for the company and increase in profit.

Pros: I did selected by other empoyees as the very registered nurs
Cons: I do work overtimes on request and do to my own assessment and consider shortage

Knowing how to deal with confidential matter

I was working under finance offices Asset management register assets barcording them,salary sorting and distributing of salary advice,expenditure assist in capturing invoices for payment through BAS,revenue Assist in billing of service rendered at hospital,procurement keeping records of suppliers,stores assist in capturing and committing payments through BAS system

Good for community service because you get exposed to the whole scope of practice of EHP

Not a good environment to settle in. There are no opportunities to grow. No support system. You get excluded from meetings you're supposed to be part of because no one knows what your job really is

I work with people wich means i am inspired with my career to have a good communicating skills and also treat people with hospitality however the situation can be difficult i pull up my socks and do the best

I am willing to work to any kind of pressure

I am Nche Katrinah..i worked at Tshilidzini Hospital as intern For 18months..n i learnt lot of things because at hospital we a working with different kind of patients..and i like to work with people..and i can work under lot of pressure.

Excellent learning

I did an experiential learning in IT Technical support at Department of Health Tshilidzini hospital where I offered network connectivity issues solutions, and also performed hardware and software installation, troubleshooting of hardware, software and maintain server. I offered system support, that is installations and maintenance to transversal systems (BAS, PERSAl, EHIS, BAUDU, RX SOLUTION AND FINEST). working there was good.

Cons: Long working hours with high learning
