I manage big projects like painting hostels and putting up fencing, remodeling offices, redoing plumbing systems. I work with contractors regarding the projects but also run staff. The guys that I am responsible for are made up of about 32 to 40. They come and go but are plumbers carpenters, electricians, handyman and students. I get on great with co worker. They know they can always come speak to me about anything and I will always help where I can. Many managers manage with a dictator mentality. I manage my staff like a human being. I listen to my staff and make them feel as if they matter. I can ask them to do anything for me and they will willingly do it without complaining. I have learned that managing people is a skill you get by experience. I have learned to work with difficult clients. I have learned to speak in front of people. Biggest lesson I have learned is to be a leader.

Leaning curve

It's a warm place lovely people and room for personal growth one can experiment with food a solid team around you supportive management People are full of good quality always willing to help though to some thought it does get rough high level of stress due to production purposes and overcoming the whole process as well

When I was promoted to being a Supervisor from a Store lady that was a stepping stone for me.

My work entails working closely with my Manager, Ordering via My market and Menutec , counting stock and Supervising the kitchen staff. I'm a good team worker and a team player,. I have learned so many things that I didn't know in this industry I've learned to work under pressure and I also learned how to put a customer's need first is Customer care and ive also learned that in every situastion a person has to make a quick and right decision. I enjoy working on a computer most of the time. The most challenging aspect of the job is when the Supplier did not show up with our stock and I have to make a plan B for what was supposed to have been delivered by the Supplier.

Excellent learning curve

Your typical work day starts as being busy as ever and you are whole day on your feet. You hardly get a break as the place you are working in are always busy.

Excellent learning curve

I've started at tsebo solution as an intern but within 3 months they thought me every thing about their accounts and admin department and they thought how to do work independently and to work as a team,I've learn how to work under pressure and as well as handling conflict and problems

Pros: Did not have experience but they gave a chance to prove myself while I was still an intern

First working experience

I am working on shifts we are four teams day an night, but am working permanently on day shift have worked in two different hospitals same duties. Serving patients with their daily meals I report at work at 6am to 6 pm. My experience is being able to give best customer service solving problems, working under pressure, good time management and providing good service. I have good relationship with my management it was hard at first but now I'm used to everything. Just looking for growth and new opportunities.
