Responsibilities • Received Purchase Order and check if amount & quantities are in order. • Allocation of payments from bank statement on daily basis • Complete daily and weekly report for the office • hand in site list to all designated managers • Submit hours on VBC system. • Load invoice and JCC on Quadrem/Ariba System. • Handling of all private and confidential documents of the company. • Assist in booking of new and existing employees for induction and Medical Tests. • Ensure that debts are paid in a time. • Confirmation of work Order from contractors. • Meet cash & debtor day targets set by the Firm • Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales and as per SLA agreement • Maintain accurate records of all changing activity • Meet with end users and Budget owners for service acceptance to be done. • Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness

Looking for more challenging position
Tsebo is an excellent company to work for, as a contract manager for a hospital the service required is first class. I have learn that for me to achieve my short term and long term goals at work I have to have the support of my team. There is no dull moment in a hospital, I have to be alert and proactive all the time to make sure that the service delivery is right first time. I have grown a think skin and I am able to deal with very difficult clients and to work under pressure all the time.
Pros: There are prospects for promotion since company continues to grow
Cons: The business is 24/7 so you have to be available all the time

Typical day at work
people you work with are awesome , they make everyday a good day , typical work day is laughing and being hilarious at times . I have learnt that the grass is not always greener on the other side . I enjoy the company of my colleagues most . the most challenging aspects of my job is that I have way too much free time .

Excellent learning curve
I work at Tsebo Cleaning Company Contracted by Kelloggs Company.i work shift as a forklift operator.. My work is to remove or take out full waste bags outside the plant to waste shed and take in unused waste bags.also work night shift. My relationship with my co-workers is good,because iam able to communicate and participate in the team. I have learnt lots of things Manufacturing operations,distribution,environmental awareness,Hygiene,Safety Awareness and Sanitation and Quality. What i love with my work i do everything cautious and safely...always there for extra hand like to help. The aspects of the job are the challenges you come across everyday you learn something new everyday.
