Good working environment with fellow employees.

My recent employment has given me an opportunity to use my problem solving, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills. Bookkeeping experience has taught me to be focused and responsible especially when it comes to strict deadlines. Any challenge I get keeps me motivated and driven to look forward to another day as a learning curve, I like working both dependent and independently with or without supervision. I believe I am a strong employee that any organization will feel proud to have in a team, I have seen this within the team I work with and they put their trust in me since I am organized, Assertive and detail orientated. An opportunity at another unit will give me room to grow as an individual, to use the skills I have gained and to learn more.

Pros: Availability of working tools.
Cons: No growth.

Gained experience.

Working in this company has made me grow as an individual, i have had a fair share of conflicts,challenging days when we do not have proper tools to work with.such challenges shaped me to be a strong and to know that each day is different from the other and it depends on my attitude and how am i going to get through the day and be able to feel proud that my work was done accurately.i am responsible worker and a strong beliver of good work ethics,my collegues believe in me and learn from me as i do the same with them.i enjoy the challenging work because its gives me a chance to communicate with other people for the way forward and learn from that for the future purposes.
