It been good because i'm learning other department eg debtors account, PRP, HR

I'm have a good relationship with co-worker and our clients, I'm a good team player I don't mind to assist in other staff, I'm good with micro soft word and excl, I'm a fast learner, with the previous work experience i've grow since I started as a waitress, then becoming sales consultant, being a contraction Buyer, so I'm learning new this all the time, I love to be in the company that I can grow and gain more experience

Pros: I always think big just maybe some day I can be CEO in the big company or eveb have my own company
Cons: Monday to friday 8 to 4.30

Excellent learning experience

Enormous mous pressure but nothing I couldn't handle. The company itself it great to work for. Their benefits are great. re Very challenging as the client is hands on and always checking every little detail and dictating.

Apart from providing financial stewardship and supporting Group Strategy in monitoring regional financial performance, I was also involved in M&A on typical Due Diligence projects, M&A integrations, as well as post-acquisition reviews and analysis. I assumed full responsibility to implement, enhance, and manage key finance processes that support existing projects and key bids across the African continent - including Mauritius – that are in line with the Tsebo International business strategy. Oversee and sign-off on commercials including T&C’s, performance requirements, compliance, penalties, incentives, conformance, and project profitability analysis. Ensure Good Corporate Governance and external regulatory compliance.
