Tsebo Facilities Reviews

My work place

Had The based in Jhb while in facilities we were month a building Hp in rivonia.hectic on end or when there was aproject we had to run with.My relationship with my co workers was brilliant even woth the client.professional and good one.Time management and holding staff accountable was wat i learnt.Enjoyed when the team was doing good and all our targets met.Challenging was to deal with landords duties, where the landlord would refuse his oblished duties and always referring to the lease agreement for them to fullfill the request. The space reduction combine with new projec, client was giving up space from 3rd floors to a single floor. I had to get rid of furniture to make space for the new furniture

Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Retrenchment when client doesn't renew contract

Health and safety compliance within the corporate world of the company.

i am working as a Compliance coordinator. ensuring that Health and Safety compliance is upheld at all times within the Absa buildings. ensuring that constructor files are compliant all the times. conducting Health and safety audits within the company and also within the company's contractors. i have learnt a lot in dealing with different people all the times. i enjoy more when my job becomes challenging, whereby i would be required to deal with difficult clients.

Pros: there are no much oppportunities for promotion.
Cons: none

It is an excellent learning curve, as I have never worked in a call centre before.

I work in a call centre for a hospital, every call comes through us. Whether it's for a patient or machine. We are constantly busy, between 8 to 10 operators we do about 200 to 300 calls a day that is besides might shift. We are very short staff. My colleagues are great and therefore get along because of teamwork. I have learnt to manage my time and even better myself at working in pressure. I enjoy the challenge to see how many calls I can log in a day, I do enjoy the job as I have never worked in a call centre before. It's just being short staffed and not being recognised for all you do that is frustrating.

Pros: I enjoy the shift, working 4 days on and 4 days off.
Cons: There's nowhere to grow in this company.

Excellent place

It's being a long interesting road at Tsebo but I need growth. As a person you need to grow. Move on and learn new things. A daily basis it's quiet interesting for me I meet new clients everyday, even do it's the clients who works in a building but it fills like the new one everyday cause they rotate. The relationship with co-workers is good atlist I would like to think that. I learnt a lot how to behave in front of the clients, and that people are not the same you have to be patient. And different services on the daily basis. I enjoy meeting new people and actually learning from them. The most challenging aspects, unreasonable clients.difficult for no reason. And a hectic day with a short stuff.

Pros: Low opportunities
Cons: It's tiring and irritating
