My current position as Head of Department in Education in Borabu Teachers Training College teaching Education Foundation Units which include History of Education, Comparative Education, Sociology and Philosophy of Education, Educational Psychology units which include; Personality Development, Special Needs Education, Growth and Development, Learning Behaviours and Guidance & Counselling; Educational Curriculum and Educational Administration and Management Principles. This has provided opportunities as a member of Teaching Practise Committee, Academic Board Member in which I have actively participated in the development of the first ever institution’s academic strategic plan. As a member of the disciplinary committee and Christian union patron positive character formation and spiritual modelling has borne fruits by reducing cases of indiscipline while increasing completion rates. I'm have leant how to communicate with coworkers, also understand that you have to be on time everyday at work... The rules of the company, I have enjoyed working with different people with different languages, I did enjoy doing my job daily
