Excellent learning opportunities and experience

I enjoy the travel and the fact that no day is the same. I have learnt a lot, from being involved in projects, international trade, work at board room level to junior management. Most challenging can be travel and communication, back end support while traveling, dealing with different cultures. Poor Working conditions

Growth

My key priority is to develop new business for Trysome Auto Electrical for a new business segment which they have just started. I enjoy meeting new customers and developing existing business as I can measure my growth easy as well as that of that of the company.

Better understanding of electrical side in the automotive section which i have learned

Assisting client over the phone and calls is always pleasant if we can assist them in regards we have stock or our systems are online but we have had the same problems since i started there a year ago and no change. My clients at least always appreciate the effort i go in getting their items for them as i do go the extra mile.Myself and co workers have a great understanding and we work together as a unit to always assist the client promptly or sorting out any problems we might find.The knowledge if have picked up in the auto electrical side is huge as i have a better understanding now how example a starter works in a vehicle. The function of it and what it all connects too. As a salesman we were always just taught the basic but with this knowledge i can understand a client who knows nothing help him or her sort out their problem with my best knowledge possible.

Pros: The salary is not bad and do not work weekends
Cons: No growth in company and stock availability is a problem so as a salesman you cannot assist a client in need

Good exposure

I have and still learning new patterns on customers behavior, I also increase my knowledge of inventory management systems and skills required for this job to be executed properly

Interesting and challenging

A niAnice company to work for but management needs to be more influential in the daily activities of the various departments. Excellent learning curve

I had a good working relationship with everyone within the company, I left the company and was called back due to the quality of work i produce. I enjoyed everything about the comapny and work, i just feel that i need a new environment to grow and explore my knowledge.

My work experience

Well Trysome is a very good company though i did not get a lpng term period contract. It was just a month contract, but neither than that i had so much great experience and the workin environment was perfect. My colleagues were so welcoming and friendly. I was able to handle all calls thou it was tll busy, but i managed.
