Great opportunity of self development

Working at Truworths has been a great experience so far,I have learnt alot about working with customers and how to keep them coming back to purchase at our store. We all as the staff hard our differences but most importantly, we worked as a team, keeping our company goals in mind at all times. We all knew that the success of our store is in our hands so we strived for exellence at all times. I've have learnt to work fast and smart as well as time management. I am a people's person, I enjoy working and meeting new people everyday and I always have a smile on my face especially when we reach/exceed our target for the day. I was mostly challenged by working all day and not having a tea or lunch break on a busy day because I love my stomach but that kept me in perfect shape I must say!

Good skill developer

am able to work 8 hours a day, but if i have to work more i am able. At my current work i am motivate to to love those who I work with and we treat each other as brothers and sisters. We warn each other of our short falling and give counsel. i am a target driven individual. I learned much about team work and communication in the work place, and most of all keeping time or arriving early at work. the most challenging aspect of the is when the is a multitude of people in the store the pressure is to much. but that is handle will when team is united.

Experience obtained

I would like to take up a new challenge in my career, IT to be precisly any netwoking or cabling jobs as that would be challenging to me as i never work on that field but i'm willing to learn and share. I am a hardworker in everything i touch tends to be great.i have learnt a lot with the company, like how to interact with customers as how to treat them to show the best customer service.

Individual excellence not recognized

As far as I am aware, their values are not being practiced in a position that i filled was versatile but needs team work that i most out shined and doubled their work load going an extra mile for less money and less appreciation negative gestures as reward asTherefore, I have a keen interest in exploring possibilities in joining some other companies that appreciates effort, dedication and hard work As a fast learner and a keen listener, I feel very confident that I will be able to add value to any company. I will make myself available for an interview at your convenience. I have learned to be a troubleshooter. Im able to talk to people thats basically thats in my personality and as well be a good negotiator. I find joy in working as a team with variety skilled people.

Im one of the hard workers

I actually like spending the most time at work, mostly working overtime, that's what I really enjoy because I'm a hard worker. The other thing is being a team player also makes me enjoy what I'm doing, cause we learn from our leader as we are a team. Leaning new things is always what I enjoy the most

Hard worker

Always a team player at work. actually like working extended hours like overtime without complaining, traveling and being relocated Enjoy learning new things, then after teaching the rest at work.

Excellent learning curve

What i have learned about my previous company is the respect and gove others the opportunity to learn more challenging aspects it where we have a short in stuff and the customers were complaining about the delay

Multitasking is my greatest strength.

It's a small size company, my duties are flexible, I do cash desk and store sales and merchandise. I have learnt to work as a team, to pull through challenges faced at work, having to deal with angry and frustrated customers and also to provide loyalty with our customers.

Pros: Sales, discounts, vouchers and other benefits especially If you are an account holder.
Cons: Long working hours, unless it's only for a day. Lacks promotion opportunities.
