Learning curve

I've worked for the company for more than 5 years. Only became permanently employed on my sixth year. Last years as a flexi, I was getting paid R3400 a month and now that I'm permanently employed I'm getting paid R5000 per month which I feel is not fair considering the years I've been with the company. Flexis are treated like trash and sometimes they only get to work 20 hours a week whereas they work hard and extra mile on their duties.

Increase in customer relation, patience, multitasking, hardworking and working under pressure.

I learned how to receive shop stock, merchandise, deal with difficult customers, open new accounts, service desk. working under pressure, and sales. the company help to relate well with people and be able to understand different people's characters. we deal with difficult customers and always have to make all customers happy and treat them well no matter the situation

Excellent learning curve

I have enjoyed working for Truworths , theres a lot of opportunities for one person to grow, especially if you work in the stores , the management team are a bunch of nice people, you learn a lot about fashion , managing a team and a lot of finance staff, When i started working for Truworths i had no retail experience or HR experience but because of the team that i had they taught me all the things i know today , i am head of HR and Recruittment in the Nelspruit Region, i deal with SETA people for the Region and Suppliers.And everyday i deal with more than 50 employees calling the office and responding to a 100 emails, and im actually doing very well, so yes i have learnt a lot from Truworths.

Pros: Theres a lot of opportunities for one to grow if you working in stores
Cons: Salary is a problem

Very good in giving teamwork experience

hits good to be spending time with with good colleagues and I've learned so much about advertising the brand .I enjoyed meeting new people and socialising. it is very challenging to deal with a stubborn customer but I was able to handle them

I enjoy learning new things in life and gaining experience. I'm a hard working person

I enjoy working in a team and goal orientated. I enjoy meeting new people, solving problems and interacting with customers. I assist college agues and subordinates. I have to make sure subordinates follow procedures and company policies. Assist in the stockroom with receiving of deliveries.

Pros: I am looking for a hange in career and looking for a better opportunity. Logistics is my passion.
Cons: Looking for flexible working hours.
