Excellent company to work for

Trustco financial services is one of the best companies, The management of the company is top class, colleagues are always willing to help. I have learned so much as this is the first company i have worked for as a permanent, for more than 5 years.

Excellent learning curve

I would say. It is an amazing journey to join these amazing souls. I have never worked for a company that made me feel at home and to enjoy my work. From the cleaner, HR and a co workers, as for the CEO amazing person. His charismatic leadership ship skill oh my God. My superiors went out of their way to groom me, channel me, although i already had the qualities ☺ i just needed a little touch up because it was my first time in the cooperate world. I have gained so much experience and skills that made them proud because i am a fast learner, pay attention to details and they even told me they have never a receptionist like me before, i believe them because i know i always deliver good in all i do.
