My company it's a good place to work where I am exposed to different people with different cultures. I have learnt a lot in terms of understanding my customers & my co- workers in regards to tune in to their needs & wants. I have a good relationship with my employer even my employees. Only thing that made me to look for a change its just that I have been in a company for long and I feel I'm not compensated fairly for my years that I served with long hours that I put in. The most challenging aspect of my job is to make sure all KPIs are met and balanced month to month basis. I have learnt to use time and resources effectively & work under pressure with less supervision.

Pros: There is lot opportunity for promotions
Cons: very long hours that are not paid for.

Fast pace environment, multitasking, team work is the key.

  Fast pace environment, multitasking, team work is the key. The most challenging at work is to be on your feet for long hours coach and support the team on the floor. Sometimes you have to be hands on to releave bottlenecks.what I have gain at work is to be all round in all department.

Pros: Great place to work, lots of opportunities for promotions
Cons: Very long working hours and fast pace environment
