I believe in building good long term relationships with my customers. Good aftersales with long term relations are the core of each company. I enjoy sales and seeing a client needs satisfy. I have good relations with my co workers, enjoy helping or asking for help. Having a healthy relationship wirh them.

Motor retail experience

I enjoy the car industry and everything about a car. I learnt through my work experience to solve problems in a quicker way and building long-term relationships with customers. I learnt to buy cars and manage a floor plan more efficiently by analyze my market better and listening to my sales team what are selling and what is not. Good team player.

Cons: No promotions available. Only one in Cape Town

Everyday

Currently I cover the whole western cape area. Seeing retail clients who sells commercial, plant and farm related items. I spend most of the day on the road and i do not have a office in Cape Town also no co workers. My challenge is that my market is small in Cape Town and i won't have a opportunity to grow in company.

Pros: Building a bigger client Base in different industries
Cons: No promotion, and no salary or comm increase

Client base

Enjoy meeting with clients and helping them to satisfy their needs. I also like to manage their stock and find ways to improve their sales. My client base is limited and there are no growth in my current job.

Build a client base that is different to my old one. New learning curves with a new type of client. Enjoy helping a client to satisfy his/hers needs. cold calling and visiting clients to assist them to get more sales.
