I like to meet on Monday morning to discuss our priorities for the week, then meet again once at the end of the week to discuss goal setting for the following week. I work very professional and perfectly well with my team. I've learned about the Company's Industry, and recruitment as a whole, as it was the first recruitment Co. ive ever worked worked for. The unity that's int the Dept.. the hardworking, focus and reliable team i have. having.

Administration functions within the Engineering, Construction and Petrochemical Industries.

I work for a very challenging company, dealing with different industries of clients ie Fluor, Igoda, SAPREF and Engen, at various levels and employees that have been seconded to various Clients. We have a awesome team and work very well together. I have learnt to deal with various challenges faced with people. I enjoy the people contact and resolving all the issues timeously

Pros: Attention to Detail and Dealing and resolving problems arising i.e Client or Employee.
Cons: Conflict
