My experience as an administration officer at Trentyre Richards bay, and working as a part time office clerk at The PTY Guy have skilled me to be able to apply for the post advertised. I am a passionate individual who always goes the extra mile for my fellow co-workers. I’m driven and ensure that everything I do is done thoroughly and to the best of my abilities. I also like to assist whenever I can like for example at Trentyre my manger needed help with completing health and safety files although I knew very little about health and safety, I did my best and my manager was very pleased. Selecting me for this post will only prove to be beneficial to your organisation. My academic statement speaks for itself I aim to achieve the highest I can possibly achieve, by being a member of your team, I will not only motivate my fellow employees but ill inspire them and assure them that they can achieve anything as long as they work hard. I am a confidence, driven and inspiring young lady.

Learning how to deal with customers each day

I am a hard working lady/mother, trying to do my best each day by doing what is expected of me. However, it does get hard somedays to complete all the work that is given to me due to the fact that I need to run the counter sales, run the floor and making sure the customers are happy and get the best service as we are service providers. While doing this, I need to make time for some admin work such as doing creditors, credit notes, invoices, orders, answering calls and genereate quotes. I work with petty cash and do the banking each day, which can sometimes be a big responsibility especially if you've achieved big sales for the day. I enjoy working with people each day and serving our customers, however, there are days that it feels as if the work load gets to much since I need to put the admin part aside to serve our customers and to keep them happy at all times.

Gained lots ofknowledge

Learned so much about accounting and running of such a big international company. Knowledge is something that no one can ever that away fron a person. The experience of doing so many different functions contributed to a curriculum vitae that speaks for itself.

Pros: From learning ao much about accounting amd what the impact is of it in a business has made me realise just how lucky I was to learn so much.

Excellent

I am currently not working but I have once worked as tyre fitter and also as fleet surveyor under trentyre company, where I was working at DHL AUTOMOTIVE ROSSLYN SITE. My daily activities was to remove light and heavy vehicles tyres from wheels. Where I was even working during the weekends and public holidays as overtimes

New learning chance

Its very nice working here,very long days. I get very well along with my co-workers Ive learnt alot here how to work very close with customers,listen to what they want and how to make it Better for them. Interacting with my customers and making my sales target. Making sure everything moves smoothly.

Excellent working curve

When things do not match up and I have to figure out how to solve the problem on my own, and eventually I get to resolve the issues quiet often, I get along with every single person at work including the managers. If you respect your self and your work everyone will return the favour. I have learnt a lot at my work place, since I was working in a finance department, I can say I have engaged very well . I enjoy every minute of my time at work because I am a professional in my duties. The most challenging aspect is when creating credits which I do not usually do on a daily basis, and I can say I am not afraid to ask questions from senior management , because I don't want to make any kind of mistakes.

Part of a hybrid sales team and also an events representative

Currently a regional sales representative dealing with truck tires and earth movers..doing the Richard's bay hluhluwe area,Pongola and Swaziland.i have worked withing a hybrid sales team within FMCG market.dealt with urban and rural markets and wholesalers.on and off premises..I have also done key accounts and idependant specialists.. I have been an events representative dealing with events promoters from conception of and idea through to the event day,marketing and promotion and set up and also after the even taking down all events equipment.

Pros: Looking to je closer to home
Cons: Can work some week ends and long hours sometimes
